We recently subscribed to Southern Cast Iron Magazine after finding some incredible recipes online. Maybe it was just the cast iron pans that made them taste so good. My daughters would love this recipe. If you make it in a pan used to cook other things, I wonder if that will affect the flavor of the cookie. One way to find out, I guess.

I am making this right now! It will be my Thursday post. I’m using my Grandma’s cast iron skillet. It’s seen lots of service. I’m going to use the Toll House recipe with these suggested modifications.
